Snuggle Bug

We are loVinG watching our sWeet little Cole develope & grow. His cute little personality is coming out more & more every single day. He is such a little snuggler. He is mammas snuggle bug. He loves to suck his LEFT thumb & curl up to your shoulder. Its heavenly. Lately he has been doing this thing where he pretends he is shy... If someone comes up & says hi to him while I'm holding him he will get a cute little smile on his face & then quickly bury his face in my chest. Its super cute. Cole is a tall boy & people always think he is older than he is. He is also SUCH a strong little man. About a week ago I was sitting on the couch & I turned around to check on him & Hardy in the toy room & Cole had climbed halfway up the slide!! I'm sure that one of the reasons he is so strong is because he likes to practice his yoga moves especially the down dog :) HA HA. Its hilarious watching him stick his bum in the air while standing on his hands & feet. His crawls have also evolved. He started out with the army crawl, then recently started crawling on his hands & knees but its extra cute because he keeps his little legs really close together & it looks like he is waddling. And a few times he has pulled out the monkey crawl (which his big brother did exclusively). Most of the time you can hear him crawling all over the house chasing after his favorite person in the whole wide world, his big brother, Hardy. He also has a thing going on with his tongue lately where he likes to stick it out & suck on it.

Cole is very good at helping mom ditch Sunday School every week since the second we walk in he likes to talk & talk & talk. I guess he feels like its the only time its quiet enough to get his words in. :) Cole has been a good sleeper from the beginning but the last month has been a little brutal due to the fact that my poor little guy has been getting his top 2 teeth in!! The bottom 2 weren't too bad but man these top ones are so not fun! Anyways, he's needed a little extra love at night & its so cute because when I am singing him songs trying to help him fall asleep he likes to sing back. He gets really loud & then all of a sudden conks out. Too cute. And lastly the scrunchy nose... Cole has been experimenting with his facial expressions & it cracks me up. I seriously laugh out loud all the time watching him. He has started doing the scrunchy nose smile & also has started crinkling up his nose & scrunching it when he is frustrated. HILARIOUS!

Obviously this little man is deArly loved in our home. As much as we hate that he is growing up so fast it is so fun to experience with him. Love you cute little Cole.
