4th of july in payson

This year we headed up to pAyson to spend the 4th of July with Omi & Pappa. I l.o.v.e that my mom's house is a short perfect day trip away. Her house is surrounded by lots of pine trees & dirt which of course means hArdy is in heaven. We had a busy day full of fun. We had lunch at our favorite place, Alfonso's. We can't go to Payson without getting a bean & cheese from there. Then we headed to the Payson Swimming Pool for a dip in the pool which was fabulous. I have great memories of travelling to the Payson Pool every summer for swim meets. After out swim we headed home for some naps and vegging in front of movies to wait until it was cool enough to head down to the lake to set up camp for the fireworks. Jessica was just a few weeks away from having her baby & I was just starting to feel my pregnancy sickness so there was no way we were going to hang out in the heat. Once we got down to our perfect spot by the lake it was fun with bubbles, pinwheels & glow bracelets. Not to mention lots of yummy watermelon. The fireworks go off right over the lake which is beautiful & echos off the mountains around. Love our 4th of July's in Payson.

plEase doN't jUdge hOw scAry I look :) This wAs the 1st dAy the tRue pRegnAncy siCkness stArted up. mY kiDs aRe going to lOve hoLidAys jUst like me becAuse the 1st dAy I got siCk with hArdy wAs on ChriStmAs dAy & the 1St dAy with our nEw little gUy was on the 4th of jUly. tRue pArty aNimals :) And yes of course i have us in matching flag shirts.
